Reviews
I love everything about this restaurant. The employees, the atmosphere, and the freshness of the food is top tier. I always try something different from the menu and everything is always delicious. Can't wait to return again.
My husband and I had a hankering for some good Thai food and ended up at Sri Thai. Getting there is a bit of a journey, since it's on a corner spot of Atlantic Station, and then a walk up some steep stairs (though an elevator is available). But once inside, the restaurant is snazzier than it appears on the outside. There are fresh flowers at each table, and I was delighted by the small electric lamps they placed at each table. Those dining on the balcony are greeted by a nice enough view of Atlantic Station.
"Look at the legs!" my husband exclaimed excitedly. He was talking about the hot, fried calamari appetizer that had just arrived at our table, with both rings and large tentacle pieces teeming from their container. We liked the sweet fish sauce that was served alongside, but we were a little less than enthused to find that the bottom half of the small serving pail was filled with fried rice noodles. Even for the smaller-than-expected serving size, we loved the taste of these.
A few hungry heartbeats later, our entrees were delivered to the table, and both hit it out of the park. I ordered the Chu Chee salmon - a salmon fillet with veggies in a bed of curry sauce. The sauce was on the sweeter side, with the faintest kick of spice on the back end. There were also a good amount of carrots, broccoli, sliced peppers, and baby corn providing some fun texture with each bite. It was a delicious and visually arresting plate, but I personally believe my husband's was even better. Each grain of of his pineapple fried rice was covered with some warm curry powder, with big chunks of chicken and pineapple throughout. We especially appreciated the generous amount provided, so that I could liberally steal gluttonous spoonfuls from his plate.
Service was excellent. Even on a weekend, there was no wait for tables, and Edward appeared at our table just enough times to take efficient care of us without feeling like he was hovering.
On a Tuesday night at 6 p.m., I ordered this dish. I ordered two orders of the Snow White Roll, Thai Fried Rice, Coco Fried Banana, and a Sprite. The Snow White roll was an excellent blend of cream cheese, crab, and avocado; the flavor was impeccable, and it was wrapped in a fantastic fried shell. The fried rice was delicious and authentic. The tastes of the vegetables, rice, and chicken blended beautifully together, with the chicken having a distinct flavor of its own. When using DoorDash, be cautious because the ordering procedure is a little complex with what vegetables and meats you want and don't want. The coco fried banana was soft, crunchy, and sweet, but it was lacking in flavor due to the absence of the ice cream that is generally provided with it. The sprite was good; it had the right quantity of ice, which did not detract from the flavor even when melted. Overall, the meal is fantastic, tasty, and reasonably priced for the generous amounts.
Went on a Saturday, very chill and quiet atmosphere despite being a little close to full. Great music but they were playing Tory Lanez.
The food was super bland. My date got the fried bagel sushi. Really really bland.
I got the Panang Curry with chicken. The veggies and the chicken were super duper bland. The rice is plain, not boiled in salted water or seasoned. The curry sauce itself was really good.
The Massaman curry with the roti appetizer is SO GOOD. That’s it.
This was our first time visiting.
The food: Hot and fresh, portions were small. The fried rice was delicious! Calamari was banging! Pork Belly was more like pork chops strips but were good. Spring Rolls were really tasty. The chicken Sate was a little dry. Lamb chops had alot of fat around the bone but were good. The veggies were very tasty. The beef jerky was really good. FYI: It's $4 extra to get fried rice instead of white rice. The kids meals were really cute and great portions. Everyone had good things to say about their food.
The drinks: Beautiful presentation! They were so good! Pretty strong, the Hennessey Margarita could have been a little larger, Especially for $18.
Parking: we parked near the publix entrance and that was short walk. Parking wasn't too expensive but be sure you have a debit/credit card. Cash wasn't an option at the exit we were at. It's free under 2 hours to park.
This place is very pricey. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny if you want to get full. They add 20% gratuity for party's over 5.
The dining experience was superb. Despite arriving just 30 minutes before closing time, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They not only served us with excellence but also ensured we didn't feel rushed to finish our meal. Exceptional service!
Second time coming, and still no complaints! Ordered Crab Rangoon starters and both the Miami roll and the Dynamite roll. Both were two very different flavors but yet both equally delicious. The ambiance of the establishment was great. The weather was nice, the music was tasteful, and the service was fantastic. Our server was very sweet and efficient. All in all, a great second eat and would definitely visit again!
It is a nice place located in Atlantic Station near to Regal Cinema. You can grab quick bites or full course. The taste is good. Service is slow with less attention too... you can request dishes to accommodate vegetarian diet.
